Heres a Great Suggestion.
Make the DL the 5th Senior Staff Member.

Well Honestly You Need 5 members of the SS for the SImple Fact if the SS are having a heated Debate and the vote is a tie. They Will need a tie breaker.

It would be a SSA or HI.

i think the decisions needs to be up to chris.
if he feels we need one then he will appoint you.
though we are fine as we are, you would just be more of an event planning helper... but just have access to the SS section.

yeah, This is in chris's hands i think, He is the founder of the school, More power over the initial SS, In my opinion, I dont think we need a 5th SS member at this moment and time.
