so i posted a thing on announcements that it was open to apps. i said apps will close Sunday night and the list of applicants posted on Monday. So all apps should be posted under here in replys or w/e so we ca see them all
then us 3 will pick the best 4, and people will vote starting monday and probably end Wednesday?

Why should I get this job?

I think I'm quallifed for deputy headmistress. I'm a type a person that listens to what people have to say. If I was deputy headmistress I would be very active and help the senior staff in anyway I can. If students/staff at ]H[ had any suggestions or complaints whatsoever, I would immediently bring it up in the SS section and would try to take care of it immediently. The biggest thing that I wanna do as deputy headmistress is help the school out and try to get more students to join this terrific school.

What are my ideas?

More IC - Doesn't matter if there is only 2 people in the sorting hall we need to role play. When I was a ''noob'' and joined my very first hogwarts the thing that made me keep going to the hogwarts was seeing people role play. So if we role play often more students will join.

Student activities - Student's need activities to do, something other then classes. Maybe clubs or dueling competitions.

Why Should I get the Job:

I believe that I am worthy of this job as I have a lot of attributes that will aid me to complete this job, but also to relate to the people and help to improve the #H#ogwarts community, I would work with the other Senior Staff, the #H#ogwarts staff, the forums staff and the students in order to help get the best out of the school.

I am a capable and proficient roleplayer, but also I am organised, talented and capable of coming up with ideas and schemes that could work for the school. I could also help put other peoples ideas into practice in order to make this school work.

Raids

I believe that we do not need constant raiding all the time as it detracts form actual roleplay scenes, and stops the students from being able to enjoy a happy safe environment.

However raids do allow us to have a break from the mundanity of ordinary roleplaying, therefore I suggest we take on of two options, we either cut the amount of raids down to twice a week, and those twice a week raids to only be started by a particular faction.

The other option would be to work raids into storylines and IC scenes in order to make them more realistic and cut down on the amount of raids.

Students:

I believe that the students do not want to just sit and wait for classes, therefore I propose that clubs and activities be organized for them, but also that a list of suggestions for what students can do be suggested, for example, students can challenge each other to duels and try to duel without being caught by teachers.

To do this though the students would have to do duels in which they did not use complex or overly damaging spells, only using playful and somewhat toned down magic in order so as to not too badly harm each other.
